Cortese happened to have one on their lot that was just a bit different from the one I was looking at in Buffalo. I sent an e-mail to the person listed on their web site and received a prompt reply. An appointment was set for the following Saturday with Tommy Ciavarri. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Tommy, who promptly showed us the Pacifica. When I asked about a test ride he informed me that he would have to go with us as this is company policy. After an objection from me, Tommy obtained permission from the General Manager and allowed my wife and I to take the vehicle on our own. Once I was satisfied that this car was in good working order, it was time to talk deal. After a short time and a visit from the GM, we got to a price I could live with. I am still certain that there was more money on the table to be had, but I was ok with that. What salesman wouldn't want to keep as much as possible in profit and, in doing so, increase his commission? When it came to financing the vehicle, Cortese was very helpful; it went smoothly and they obtained a lower interest rate and payment for us than we thought we would get. Prior to delivery of this vehicle, I made it clear to Tommy that I was a bit of a stickler when it came to how this vehicle should be detailed. I let it be known that if it was not spotless, I would return to Buffalo without a Pacifica. Delivery day went without a hitch! The vehicle was very well detailed and all the paperwork was in order. I was slightly disappointed that there was only a quarter tank of gas--they could have spent a little of their profit and at least filled the tank. I would have settled for half. When I purchased the vehicle, it was noted that there was no owner's manual with the car. Tommy assured me that he would find a manual, new or used, and send it to us. Sure enough, a few weeks later it arrived. One small complaint about the dealership, they under charged on the registration by eight dollars and more or less held my registration hostage until we coughed up the money. My wife and I both thought this was just a little picayune. I have now had this Chrysler Pacifica for about three months and have driven it about five thousand miles. So far, I am very happy with the vehicle as well as with Tommy Ciavarri and the Cortese Auto Group over all. More

He worked hard to get us a deal that we wanted and continues to answer my husbands never ending questions. If your looking for a personable dealer who cares alot about the people and not just about the sale then ask for Tim and you wont be dissapointed. One more thing....we had to bring our newborn which was a challenge in itself and Tim never looked annoyed and was very "kid friendly". Thanks for the great experience! More
When I called and talked to Ken Yaw about my situation and what my need was he took my information and asked me to give him a little time and call him back. When I called him back about 3 hours later, not only did he get me financed but also had a vehicle ready for me to look at. I came the next day to see and test drive the vehicle. My 2 boys were with me and we fell in love with it. Tim May was the salesman with me and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I told Tim that I wanted the vehicle and wanted to know how soon I could get it. 2 hours later I was driving out of the dealership. Tim walked me around the dealship and showed me around and also introduced me to the people. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I can honestly say that this was my best experience ever with a dealership. I will definately be a repeat customer. More

The dreaded car buying experience. You will NOT find that at Cortese Dodge. Our experience was very positive. We were treated respectfully and all the staff was very friendly and professional. We worked with Anna(sales), Josh(sales), Josh(financing), and Joe(sales manager). They all did their job very well as they laid out the pros and cons of some of the final decisions we had to make. Their selection is great. They had a large assortment and had what we were looking for. We worked with Anna over the phone on the details of the purchase. We were concerned about driving over 100 miles and possibly having to deal with your typical bad apple car dealer and finding out the deal changed when we got there. This was NOT the case at all. It was just the opposite. Dealerships like yours will hopefully change the old negative perceptions of the car buying experience. Thank you for making the car buying experience pleasurable. I came in with a specific budget in mind (which was not a lot considering I am a recent college graduate) which was respected by everyone involved in my car leasing experience at Cortese. Tim May at Cortse Lincoln was very informative, not pushy. I came into the dealership to look at another model but after talking with Tim and hearing all the benefits and options that came with a Linc pushy. I knew the Lincoln was the right car for me after drivig it. Tim and the dealership gave a good price for my trade in. We didn't want to haggle and ask for the best prce. Tim came back with a decent price, we asked for a little more money off. Tim was happy to have the finance department take a second look at our price. After a few minutes Tim came back with the price we wanted and the deal was made. My husband and I walked out of Cortese feeling we got a great deal and also liked how we were treated with respect. I came back the next day to pick up my new Lincoln and again Tim greeted me. He walked out with me and went over the sound system and set up the webpage and programed my phone system.
