The usual I’ve just learned to adapt to the poor service that continues to occur at this dealership. My wife always yells at me for going back but it’s the only I’ve just learned to adapt to the poor service that continues to occur at this dealership. My wife always yells at me for going back but it’s the only ford dealer within 20 mins . I was not charged for the oil change and tire rotation(which didn’t happen), but had I not paid attention I would have paid for services that I did not receive . I was also told that the tires I had on my car “suck”, which I didn’t think was the best way to communicate with a customer. Anyway I’ve dealt with Keith over the phone in the past and nothing ever seems to improve. Whether it’s providing customers a ETA for completion of service or actually completing the services requested , the last 4 times I’ve had my car in , I ALWAYS HAVE A ISSUE. And that’s why we did buy another vehicle from Cortese . More

Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall I had an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection, and recall all to be handled. They were able to do it all in a little over 40 minutes.
