I was robo-called for 3 weeks straight to schedule my first service appointment I was under the impression would be complimentary with purchase of my used Jeep a few months back. I scheduled the appointm first service appointment I was under the impression would be complimentary with purchase of my used Jeep a few months back. I scheduled the appointment and took a few hours off work, dropped it off and got called a few minutes later saying there's nothing in their system saying this would be free. Why would I sign up for auto-robo calls to remind me of service if I had to pay anyway? I'd like to talk to the GM about it tbh, I was told I had to go elsewhere for all my future car purchases and that seemed extreme to me. More
