Very disappointed. Paid to have oil change, tires rotated on my RAM VAN RV, when got the van back the low air pressure light on the dash was ON. I asked Ryan if air in the tires were checked and he said yes just drive and the light will go out. I drove it home approx 50 miles, it didn't go out. I then checked the air pressure, the rear is at 55 should be 80psi, the frt tires are at 65psi which was what the rear tires were when I brought it in. Please explain. Thank you. Every thing about our transaction went smoothly. The vehicle was used but it had been serviced and cleaned to perfection. The only issue was they added a pulse brake and data dots without asking and The vehicle was used but it had been serviced and cleaned to perfection. When I discovered these changes they removed the cost of the data dots but not the pulse brake. They did let me know how to disconnect the pulse. More
Took jeep in because cruise control went out on my trip down from So Dakota. Showed rep a copy of $3K worth of work i had done the week before at another jeep dealer. Rep called to say it would cost $4K to down from So Dakota. Showed rep a copy of $3K worth of work i had done the week before at another jeep dealer. I asked why when I just had it done 4 days earlier at the other jeep dealership. I was told it was done for my protection. xx. It is done to line you pockets. More
