Stellantis (Owns Dodge) Will refuse all warranty work. Black 21 ram 2500 Silver 21 ram 2500 Clogged Def Pump. Not Covered After 50k miles, with extended warranty Silver 21 ram 2500 refused warranty work because the service advisor had to be placed on hold for too long. (happened at Corwin Ford) 23 ram 2500, Transmission Exploded at 9k miles. Sat for weeks because they couldn't "find" the parts. Stellantis also refuses to replace DEF parts on this truck (with a 200k miles extended warranty) THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS! Austin (service advisor) Told me to take my business elsewhere, and told me they would refuse to work on my truck today. After I told them I would make a scene on the showroom floor they magically could perform the work. ^This of all things was the last straw. That is now why I am writing reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. To me let’s look at the numbers first and then we can go from there on budget. I kept asking if they wanted to look at my car and they just kept say we can but if you owe more you will have to pay the difference if you don’t trade. I admit buying a vehicle 1,500 miles from home was not my first choice. However, Brett made the experience painless by being upfront and fast. We had a deal within five minutes. I have had many questions after the purchase, but Brett has continued to make himself available by calling me back within minutes and reaching out to me. Because of my experience with this dealer and dealership, I know my next car buying experience will start in Springfield Missouri, even though it is 1500 miles away. More

After 2 salesman and several days I finally got an OTD price that had $3179.00 in dealer addons fees on a used car. They would not provide a break down of these cost and here you go, a bill pile of made price that had $3179.00 in dealer addons fees on a used car. And these fees did not include Tax, Title and license, So a $48,000 would have ended up costing right at $54,400.00 over $6400.00 over ask. That's a bunch of garbage. - They told me several very easily provable lies and was even told twice the car was sold, once to a local buyer and once to an out of sate buyer when they figured out I wasn't going to play their game so they tell you the car is sold hoping you just go away However they said I could be the backup buyer ... right as if there was main buyer to begin with. They also demanded a lot of personal information that is not needed to give a OTD quote on the car right down to my home address. I'm not buying it right now I'm just shopping and all I wanted was an OTD price you need no other info from me other than my state. This place is what make car dealer have a bad name they are the worst I've ever delt with and I've delt with a lot of them. Avoid them and save yourself some money. The Sales Manager lies, the salesmen lie, the dealership lies ... Just do yourself a favor and stay away from them. More

Absolutely the worst service department in Springfield MO. Shane never answers the phone or calls back. They will certify vehicles with multiple issues that will not pass an inspection.
