Friendly and Helpful We dropped by on Friday to test drive Dodge Chargers to see if our growing kids would fit into the back. They did, but not by much... that's when Tim, the salesman we were working with, recommended that we check out the Dodge Durango. We really liked it and ended up purchasing one. Through the entire process, Tim Smith was very genuine and helpful. He answered all of our questions and took the time to ensure that we understood everything. Before we left with the vehicle he introduced us to their maintenance supervisor, and talked us through the basic maintenance needs of the Durango, which are different from other vehicles we have owned (synthetic oil changed every 6K, instead of 3K, for example). Tim then walked us through some of the features of the vehicle which would have taken us a while to figure out on our own since vehicles come with a DVD instead of a full owners manual these days!!! Got exactly what I wanted! It was around 7 pm on a Monday night just getting back from the gym, as I drove passed Corwin of Springfield a Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye as I It was around 7 pm on a Monday night just getting back from the gym, as I drove passed Corwin of Springfield a Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye as I was driving buy. I decided to humor myself by pulling in and checking the price tag. I thought to myself it would be nice to have. Though the thought crossed my mind that I would not be able to afford it. Until I met Patrick McCann. Patrick asked what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for something that I could go up in to the Rocky Mountains with, I needed to haul my dog, and something that was more updated than my current vehicle at the time. Patrick gave me a grin and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Not just one vehicle that matched my description but several options to choose from. We arrived to a 2014 Dodge Durango, gray in color, a black interior, and all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Not only was it a beauty and a beast but more affordable than I would ever imagined. In the back of my mind I thought, "There has to be a catch". Boy was I wrong, Patrick's extensive knowledge of the Durango and charismatic nature gave me the confidence in my purchase. I knew this was a bargon that I could not turn away from. For the next morning we had arranged a meeting at Corwin. As I was pulling up Patrick was standing out there ready to meet, for he knew I was on a time sensitive manner. I didn't buy at that time. He was no pressure just said let me know when your ready.
