Working with Brandon and Elijah at Corwin was a smooth process from start to finish. I had a particular vehicle in mind that I didn't see on the lot that weekend, so I messaged through their website. process from start to finish. Elijah was very flexible and great at getting back to me over text when I needed to move the appointment slightly. He said if he wasn't available he'd have a team member help and the car ready to go. Sure enough, it was! I stopped by earlier than my appointment, and Elijah handed me off to Brandon to help. Brandon grabbed the car and we headed for a test drive. After giving the green light on the car, my husband and I decided to purchase. Brandon was so quick and helpful grabbing all the things and updating us along the process. They got my trade-in sorted, and had my new vehicle in for a quick car wash and fuel top-off while financing was underway. All in all a smooth process with knowledgeable sales reps who weren't pushy but just genuine guys who were there to help. More

Initial thoughts were the sale was quite lengthy and they wouldn't negotiate on the price, only on the payments. Also i was told they have the best rates in town. We took our brand new Durango to whitefish, MT for vacation. 2 hours outside of Whitefish the Transmission went out of the vehicle. we managed to get it to the dealership in Whitefish, where they got it in immediately to look at it. I asked my Corwin sales rep Haley if they would cover a rental car for the time being. She said her manager said no. I would have to deal directly with Stellantis. During this process i have messaged the sales manager a couple times and have gotten no response. Sales rep never once reached back out to see how our situation is going. We ended up having to rent a mini van for $400 to get home and Dodge authorized us for $50 for a rental. The Service department in Whitefish has been awesome to deal with, very helpful and understanding. Corwin who we bought it from seemingly has no responsibility after the sale, or any empathy what so ever. This whole experience has been frustrating to say the least. Our vehicle is still in Montana 1000 miles from home, and we are being told it could be between 2 weeks and a month before the new transmission arrives. It has been there since march 9th. Seems annoyed initially when I was brought to his counter. Ryan's communication style is all electronic. Never asked if I had questions with my $3700 estimate. I shouldn’t have to call him if I am paying $3400 to fix my vehicle. My blinker was working intermittently. Worked when I dropped it off, was not when I picked it up and now 3 days later still is not working. It’s not the dealership it’s the lack of customer service. If people are paying thousands of dollars to fix something the customer service could be better. The advisor who took my payment was amazing. More
