Darren Woullet the general manager and Joey, the sales manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After purchasing nearly 50 cars in my lifetime I have never been treated as horribly as I have been by manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After having a few issues, they refuse to make it right unless I put a stop payment on the check and then they were ready to help. Did not receive one single callback from Darryn the general manager after leaving multiple message is for him and the receptionist saying he was in the office every day. Joey was very rude and condescending as well and loves to talk over people. After five days of trying to get a hold of Darryn I stopped in the dealership and he said he received my messages but had no intentions of calling me back. He was very cocky and condescending and basically asked me to leave the dealership when I brought up my concerns to him. He said he had no intentions of returning any phone calls and that he didn't need to. I expect way more out of a general manager than the crappy, rude, and downright condescending attitude that these gentlemen have towards their customers. I would highly recommend avoiding working with them if possible as most of their negative reviews state the same issues that we have had. The facility is always neat and tidy. Staff is courteous. Waiting area comfortable and accommodating with free snacks and drinks. Free wifi as well. I had to clean the inside of the windows 3 or 4 times because whatever was used left a bad film and alot of moisture. The drive home was slightly uncomfortable because the windshield would not stop fogging over and had to run the defrost on high just to see. More
Well we’re do I start bought a car here they were to fix my tire default light I had noticed that they were gonna charge me over 200.00 plus dollars, but I showed prove that they were to fix it for free got my tire default light I had noticed that they were gonna charge me over 200.00 plus dollars, but I showed prove that they were to fix it for free got home and the light comes bk on I call up and explain that they were gonna charge me for this part it my paper statement said they didn’t even fix the problem I pd for my window switch that was broke ,,but they were gonna charge me for the sensor default light that they didn’t even fix ( I call that fraud and trying to rip off ypur costumer that just bought a car from them I asked for the original documents that said they were gonna charge me for the the window and the tire default sincere light but they said they edited it and didn’t have the originally copay ( of course they didn’t bec they got caught by me once I looked at the other copay it said that my tire sincere light wasn’t even worked on ( BUT THEY WERE GONNA CHARGE ME FOR IT ON THE ORIGINAL COPAY ) so my PONIT IS WAY WOULD U CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK U DID NOT COMPLETE AND Y ARE U HID-DING THE ORIGINAL COPAY THAT SAYS I OWED 467.00 I pd 167.00 for my window switch so they were gonna charge me 300 dollars more for work on for the default since light that they didn’t even had on my ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT THEY WONT PROVIDE ME WITH WHEN I ASKED FOR IT ALL OF A SIDDEN THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS EDITED ( that’s what the service gentleman said to me ) MMMMMM FUNNY HOW IT JUST POOF DISAPPEARED WHEN I ASKED FOR THE ORIGINAL COPAY ! U have to see how frustrated I am that this is my third time I have been up here a hour away from we’re I live and only have had my car for a month !! My point is that this Dealership tried to RIPP ME OFF AND I WANT EVERYONE TO NO IT THATS NOT COSTUMERS SERVICE WHAT SO EVER AND TO HIDE THE PROOF THAT THERE WERE GONNA CHARGE ME FOR A PART AND LABOR AND THEN PUT ON MY RECEIPT THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX THE DEFAULT SICER LIGHT ( BUT THANK GOODNESS I CAUGHT ON AND KEPT MY RECEIPT THAT STATED ON THERE REPORT THEY DIDNT FIX IT LIKE COME ON THE SINCER LIGHT CAME BACK ON ,,, of COURSE I AM GONNA SAY SOMETHING TO THEM I MEAN U WERE GONNA CHARGE ME ON FIXING THE PROBLEM THAT WASNT EVEN FIXED !!!!
