Initial thoughts were the sale was quite lengthy and they wouldn't negotiate on the price, only on the payments. Also i was told they have the best rates in town. I made one phone call (after the sale) to wouldn't negotiate on the price, only on the payments. Also i was told they have the best rates in town. I made one phone call (after the sale) to my local small town bank and was offered a much better rate. We took our brand new Durango to whitefish, MT for vacation. 2 hours outside of Whitefish the Transmission went out of the vehicle. we managed to get it to the dealership in Whitefish, where they got it in immediately to look at it. I asked my Corwin sales rep Haley if they would cover a rental car for the time being. She said her manager said no. I would have to deal directly with Stellantis. During this process i have messaged the sales manager a couple times and have gotten no response. Sales rep never once reached back out to see how our situation is going. We ended up having to rent a mini van for $400 to get home and Dodge authorized us for $50 for a rental. The Service department in Whitefish has been awesome to deal with, very helpful and understanding. Corwin who we bought it from seemingly has no responsibility after the sale, or any empathy what so ever. This whole experience has been frustrating to say the least. Our vehicle is still in Montana 1000 miles from home, and we are being told it could be between 2 weeks and a month before the new transmission arrives. It has been there since march 9th. To be continued.... More
Seems annoyed initially when I was brought to his counter. Ryan's communication style is all electronic. Never asked if I had questions with my $3700 estimate. I shouldn’t have to call him if I am pa counter. Ryan's communication style is all electronic. Never asked if I had questions with my $3700 estimate. I shouldn’t have to call him if I am paying $3400 to fix my vehicle. My blinker was working intermittently. Worked when I dropped it off, was not when I picked it up and now 3 days later still is not working. It’s not the dealership it’s the lack of customer service. If people are paying thousands of dollars to fix something the customer service could be better. The advisor who took my payment was amazing. More
Zach may be relatively new to auto sales, but his customer service was fantastic! He was not afraid to say "I dont know". He followed up shortly with saying: "here's the answers to your questions" customer service was fantastic! He was not afraid to say "I dont know". We went in looking for a bigger family rig and that’s just what we found with Jada! She never made us feel pressured and made us feel like she has known us for a long time after just meeting! We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we first test drove the vehicle, it appeared it hadn’t even been properly cl dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we first test drove the vehicle, it appeared it hadn’t even been properly cleaned, which should have been an early red flag. We understood and agreed that the vehicle was being sold as-is, and we signed paperwork accepting responsibility for maintenance after leaving the lot. However, the very same day we purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on after driving only about 30 miles. We took it to a mechanic the next day and discovered an emissions-related issue. We were first advised to replace the spark plugs, which did not resolve the problem. Shortly after, the check engine light returned, and we are now facing a catalytic converter replacement costing thousands of dollars. What is most concerning is that the check engine code appears to have been cleared prior to our purchase, which prevented us from identifying this major issue before buying the vehicle. We paid market value for this car based on its condition as listed, expecting it to be in good working order. I understand what it means to buy a vehicle without a warranty, but there is a difference between “as-is” and a vehicle with recently cleared codes masking serious problems. This experience felt far from transparent. Honestly, I’ve had more straightforward and trustworthy experiences buying vehicles through private sellers. I would not recommend this dealership to others. More

I am posting this review because I believe other consumers deserve an accurate picture of what a lease transaction at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can look like. On January 22, 2026, I leased a consumers deserve an accurate picture of what a lease transaction at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can look like. On January 22, 2026, I leased a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn, VIN 1C6SRFFT3TN212585. I spent the better part of a day at the dealership. The vehicle was listed on their website at $56,044 eight days before I signed. The agreed vehicle value in my signed lease contract is $64,299.83. That is a $8,255 difference. Using the standard lease formula, the math works out to $221.37 per month in overcharge and $8,633 over the 39-month lease term. I have the archived listing with my VIN confirmed. I have the signed contract. The numbers are not ambiguous. At no point during the transaction was the selling price discussed or presented as negotiable. When I raised this concern with the sales manager, I received a voicemail citing the adjusted capitalized cost as the sale price. Those are separately defined line items in the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures on page 1 of the contract. They are not the same number. I sent a formal letter with supporting documentation to the General Manager and the President of Corwin Automotive Group via email and USPS certified mail on March 12, 2026, requesting a response by March 20, 2026. No satisfactory response was received. I have since filed a complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General's consumer protection division. I have also shared this experience with local consumer media. I have no complaint about the truck itself. I love the truck. My complaint is about a transaction where the selling price was never disclosed, a documented discrepancy of $8,633 was responded to with misrepresented contract terms, and good faith attempts to resolve it were ignored. If you are considering leasing or purchasing here, know your numbers before you walk in. Understand the difference between MSRP, agreed vehicle value, and adjusted capitalized cost. Do not assume the price on their website is the price in your contract. And save everything. More
