Also, the tech put the old air filter back in wrong! Thankfully, I changed it that same day when I got home. More

I have bought many cars over the years, and Otis is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I don’t live in Fargo, and the vehicle I wanted to look at sold the night before I made it in to see Oti far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I don’t live in Fargo, and the vehicle I wanted to look at sold the night before I made it in to see Otis. He worked hard to find another vehicle that met my needs and budget, and I love it more than I think I would have the one I originally wanted. He was so helpful and patient, and I never once felt like he was trying to pressure me into more than I wanted or could afford which is what usually happens when I car shop as a single woman. I 100% recommend him!! More

Peyton was new, but did a great job. The process took way too long, seems like they need more than one manager to approve things. I was in the store for over 3 hours before I even got to test drive the vehicle I was looking at. Corwin reaches out too much, I got messages and phone calls asking about what vehicles I was interested in after I had already purchased a car from them. I don't like that your information gets passed to other sales people, this is the biggest reason I as hesitant to even purchase a car through Corwin. When I went to sign the paperwork, the manager hardly even looked at me, just told me to sign here a bunch of times. More
Good Ok seriously in my opinion the charge of getting rid of environmental waste is an extra expense that you hide from the costumers. I don't know what dealerships do with their used oils but I do know you of environmental waste is an extra expense that you hide from the costumers. I don't know what dealerships do with their used oils but I do know you can get paid or if at least don't get charged that much for them to pick it up. If you say an oil change is 79.99 so add that waste price into it. Or in my case I had front and rear differential changed. 59.98$ in waste charged. The extra costs in shop supplies also is over priced. The shop rates are getting higher every year but I understand companies are having a hard time to keep employees. By the time you invest in someone they leave. So you need to up the wages, SS, insurance, 401k. BUT please don't hide these extra costs. Say it up front. Justin was a very good guy to work with he understood what the problem was and got it done. Thank you to him. Duane. More
