I was interested in a used Jeep Wrangler at Corwin and contacted Lisa. I told when I would be in and she was waiting with a freshly washed, filled up vehicle for me. In the end, the vehicle history report provided by Corwin revealed a moderate accident and I decided not to buy it. Lisa didn’t try to convince me that the price reflected the damage, or pressure me into buying it anyway. She didn’t try and push me into another vehicle. No pressure. She was there to help ME find the vehicle that was right for ME and not try and sell me something that was right for her or Corwin. There wasn’t a manager that tried to tackle me at the door and hammer me with “what will it take to get you into the vehicle today” stuff. I truly appreciated the helpful, professional experience with Lisa and would recommend anyone who is tired of the same old car buying experience, to go see Lisa. More

DO NOT GET VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! if you really need to take whatever vehicle your interested in to the nearest mechanic to look it over. There service department is a joke and their “50 point insp need to take whatever vehicle your interested in to the nearest mechanic to look it over. There service department is a joke and their “50 point inspection.” I will take some fault in the horrible decision to get the vehicle I did. I was so antsy to get out of my lease I didn’t really look the vehicle over or test drive it properly. After signing we noticed the power steering pump was bad, (that they told us the replaced already) and a seat belt was broken. they fixed both...well thanks. We still noticed something wasn’t quite right with it took it to an actual mechanic and they didn’t tighten the tire rod nuts. The mechanic barley touched it and it just fell off. He said I hope you know how lucky you are your tire didn’t fall off on the interstate with your kids in the car. After all that insanity we’ve had to get an oil change, new breaks, new rotors and new cv axels. Please note we’ve only had this car 4 months. And let’s just add a cherry on top...the steering wheel wobbles when going 60 or over...(has since we got it but thought the new steering pump and actual tighten tire rods would fix it, but hasn’t) I understand we signed on the dotted line that we were buying as is but I don’t think they checked a xxxx thing on this vehicle before selling it. so buyer beware! More
