After declining services to be done, the servant agents were short and not friendly. They didn't go over any paperwork with me. They just said here's your car pointed out to a car. Did not listen to request to call my husband with diagnostic issue. I work overnights so requested them to call or text my husband as I would be asleep. If I hadn't have woke up early, truck wouldn't have been done and I would have not been able to go to work that.night. poor communication after work was completed ,attempted to call for service update but had to leave message. Message wasn't returned until following afternoon after I had already picked truck up the night prior. More
