Work seems to be done decent, just know what you've HAD done. They are good at up-selling. Question why the additional work is needed. Is it based on mileage recommended, time since last service, or via visual inspection. My experience is they look at time and mileage recommendations and don't check your service history. More

Gave a 4 because the initial appointment was supposed to complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. I came back at 4:15 as I was told that it was going well and vehicle would be done by 5pm. complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. I came back at 4:15 as I was told that it was going well and vehicle would be done by 5pm. When I arrived I found out that the second item was not done and I needed to reschedule for the item to be repaired. Found out that the technician was taken off my vehicle to work on someone else’s vehicle. I was not happy about that. More
