We have always heard terrible things about Corwin in the Fargo area. We leased 2 vehicles in the last 2 years, and was given Free oil changes for the life of the leases. Our first oil change in each vehicle Fargo area. We leased 2 vehicles in the last 2 years, and was given Free oil changes for the life of the leases. Our first oil change in each vehicle was completed without issue. That brings us to 7/24/25 when I brought our Grand Cherokee in for its oil change. I was told by Jonathan that he could find no record of free oil changes. This vehicle also had a low air alert in the passenger rear tire, which I was told the repair was not covered under lease. Jonathan later texted through the Corwin system that he found free oil change, however tire issue not covered. I declined the repair and requested the tire be filled to mfg suggested PSI. Later that day when we returned home from Corwin, we discovered that they rotated the tires, and moved the low air pressure passenger rear tire to the passenger front location. WITHOUT TOPPING OFF THE LOW AIR PRESSURE. The cause has been determined to be a foreign object in the tire tread. I called back to Corwin and Jonathan offered to top off the tire with air, but hurry as "we close soon". JONATHAN FROM CORWIN INSTRUCTED US TO DRIVE OUR VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, WITH A COMPROMSISED TIRE. It is highly likely that I, or anyone that asks for my buying experience, will ever set foot in a CORWIN location ever again. The Fargo community is correct, this is not a good dealer or service department. I wish I would have listened to them. I repeat, listen to the other former Corwin customers and ask them about their buying and service experience. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. PS, both sales people that we worked with have since quit Corwin and moved on. More
