Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

I am now bringing my 2024 new vehicle in for the 4th time. I was promised a call back from the service manager Monday. It is Wednesday. I was promised a vehicle ready and waiting for me last time I came time. I was promised a call back from the service manager Monday. It is Wednesday. I was promised a vehicle ready and waiting for me last time I came in and then had to wait for a courtesy vehicle to bring me to rent a car. I had a very important medical appt for my son that Corwin was informed about and knew I had to be downtown by 10:30. Upon bringing my vehicle in the first 2 times, the codes were cleared and nothing more was done. The third time I was told a fuse was blown. The software/computer still does not work properly and it will occasionally not start. I have not gotten anyone to return phone calls. I live 2 hours away from Fargo and have a son with life threatening medical issues. I should not have a 2024 unreliable vehicle. More

They notoriously mess something up with service. They gave me list of things that they “fixed “ and I found parts hidden in my back seat. They said that they cleaned the interior to get rid of cigarette smoke smell.
