DON'T BUY A JEEP! TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER ONLY 27000 MILES. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX IT. DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. KEPT TELLING US IT WAS GOING TO B TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER ONLY 27000 MILES. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX IT. DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. After all that we went through with having my 2019 Ram air recharge, the manager (I think that is who it was). Text me and said he would investigate it and get back to me. (They had lost my vehicle inside air recharge, the manager (I think that is who it was). Text me and said he would investigate it and get back to me. (They had lost my vehicle inside thier shop, told me it would be done by 2:00 pm, called me after hours to tell me that I wouldn’t get it back the same day, and other reasons). Anyway, I ask him for the Dodge regional manager’s name and number. It’s been over a month and haven’t heard any thing from anyone. (Customer satisfaction obviously is not their strong point). With dealers like this, I guess this will be my first and last Dodge truck purchase. More
