Definitely don’t have a clue what went on changing my oil, was sitting in show room. Last week I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told it was making excessive noise and clicking. I brought it in yesterday, but the guy checking me in was completely baffled as to why I was in, and told it was making excessive noise and clicking. I brought it in yesterday, but the guy checking me in was completely baffled as to why I was in, and kept asking me what they wanted the mechanic to check. Four hours later, I hadn’t received any updates, so I called in only to find out that not only could the mechanic not do anything (they didn’t have the parts on hand), but that it was already parked outside and waiting for pickup. The entire visit was a waste of my time. I’ll return for the warranty repair when the parts come in, but I will not be servicing my vehicle here in the future. More
