Last week I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told it was making excessive noise and clicking. I brought it in yesterday, but the guy checking me in was completely baffled as to why I was in, and told it was making excessive noise and clicking. I brought it in yesterday, but the guy checking me in was completely baffled as to why I was in, and kept asking me what they wanted the mechanic to check. Four hours later, I hadn’t received any updates, so I called in only to find out that not only could the mechanic not do anything (they didn’t have the parts on hand), but that it was already parked outside and waiting for pickup. The entire visit was a waste of my time. I’ll return for the warranty repair when the parts come in, but I will not be servicing my vehicle here in the future. More

I had my oil changed the end of December and the oil light came on in March. I waited over a month to bring it in and I only have a little over 5600 miles on my vehicle. The “need an oil change” sticker light came on in March. I waited over a month to bring it in and I only have a little over 5600 miles on my vehicle. The “need an oil change” sticker on my windshield stated the next one will be at 9350 miles. So, I did not know if there was an issue with the oil sensor or light, if it was not reset properly during my last oil change at the Jeep dealership, or if I was actually was having an issue with my vehicle. When I pulled into the bay, I had no idea if I was parked in the right spot. No one greeted me and I had to go up to someone to talk to them first. I felt like I was a bother. After the service work was done, I asked about my oil change and Scott said he was going to ask me about that. I explained the situation to him and he said that I should monitor it, but I should be good for 10,000 miles. My oil light is still on. “Your vehicle needs an oil change” reminder pops up each time I turn on my vehicle. My Jeep app still states that my oil level is at 0% remaining. Now instead of needing an oil change at 9350 miles, I wasted getting an oil change to have a new one at 10,000 miles. Now, I have to come back in there and have the gauges or whatever reset which should have been looked at based on what I had mentioned previously. So, was my oil actually changed? No one talked to me about possibly fixing the crack in my windshield, but perhaps you don’t fix that sort of thing, but I was surprised. More
