We had a very negative experience at Corwin Ford. 1-OUR WINDOW WAS SMASHED AT FORD AND THEY DID NOT COVER THE DAMAGES When we came to pickup our vehicle one of our windows had been broken in the par 1-OUR WINDOW WAS SMASHED AT FORD AND THEY DID NOT COVER THE DAMAGES When we came to pickup our vehicle one of our windows had been broken in the parking lot. Not only did they not contact us to let us know, when we told them about the issue they refused to pay for the damages. After multiple phone calls and time on the phone, they eventually paid a portion of the bill, but we still ended up having to pay out of pocket for damages that happened while they had our car. 2-ADDITONAL CHARGES THAT WERE NOT AGREED TO- They charged us twice as much for diagnostic fees before any fixes were incurred. When dropping off the car I very specifically asked about any and all diagnostic fees. 3- ADMIN ERRORS- I had to update my contact information from the previous owner and was very specific that they were not to be contacted.(Living abroad and 14 hr time difference) Ford wrote it down in person and took the info over the phone but still contacted the previous owner multiple times and had to get my information 2-3 times. 4- RECALL SERVICE ADMIN- We needed a couple recalls and asked for that to be done while getting serviced. They said it had to be a separate appointment where they come to our home. On the day of the recall, Ford still had our vehicle. We informed the recall person and they then offered to take care of it in house. (which we asked for in the first place) It ended up being unnecessary run around. Overall we are not interested in coming back to Corwin, the people were kind when interacting with them, but the service was far below expectation. More

Their Service Dept (Cody Lubbes, Nick Fowler, Marius Gieseke) is the reason I moved Accessories Dept, to Sales Dept. Top notch. Great experience. Their Service Dept (Cody Lubbes, Nick Fowler, Marius Gieseke) is the reason I moved forward on trading in my vehicle to buying a new one. Been with Corwin since it was Wiebold. Service Dept has always been excellent. Now I have many reasons to recommend their Sales Dept too. LK Parker is stellar at his job. Not pushy and very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. I have the utmost confidence in my purchase. Daniel Hawkley in Accessories is outstanding too. Very helpful and knowledgeable not only about the accessories available but also about other specific details pertaining to my vehicle. Last, but not least, is Karie Bonds who meets and greets everyone with a smile and special demeanor. All these folks represent Corwin Ford exceptionally well and should be handsomely rewarded by FORD for their exemplary job performances. More

Called Corwin and asked to drop off pickup and they said yes so next morning dropped it off and Jared checked it in and said it would be done in about an hour and a half and it was completed in that time fr yes so next morning dropped it off and Jared checked it in and said it would be done in about an hour and a half and it was completed in that time frame, He notified me it needed a couple of filters, I told him I would take care of them myself. when I picked it up, he was friendly and gave me my keys and the paperwork. Got my vehicle in fast and kept me informed on the progress. Because it was a repair of a previous repair it took no time to diagnose.
