I was early and they took me in when I arrived, as I live about a 45 minute drive from the dealership and it was snowing hard. I had an issue with the cabin filter. They pulled it out to check it and wanted to know if I wanted to replace it. I said not at this time. Hopefully, not the same guy that caused the issue. I have a bad back and knee and won't be able to do it myself. So frustrating. More
