We brought our 2016 Ford Escape in for routine multi-point inspection and service under a service contract. All went well and timely. Some strange computer reboot issue. My pickup was in the shop all week for a diagnosis and than they just reboot the computer and add a couple updates and it now works fine. I was able to leave my vehicle in the morning and the Fast Lane changed my oil without an appointment and they gave me a ride home.
