The service person came to my house and did the repair in about 15 minutes. He was very informative and polite. The only complaint I have is my radio shuts off some times when I shut the truck off. I've had this problem before and it took 2 years to fix it and that only happened because I went to Mr. Corwin. What a nice change from having to go into the service department. Last time I went in the woman that was supposed to help me was too busy texting to stop and help me. So how many years would it take this time? The last time I had to go in for a recall matter I asked if they could come pick it up and was told no, I was told they had to keep it 2 or 3 days. I asked if I could get a loaner car and was told no. Now come on, you're not a bank you're car dealership. When I was called to come get my truck was a day I just got done with a chemo treatment. So, the whole visit left a bad taste in my mouth. More
