Truck brought in with an issue that could have checked on a new one in lot. Service person said they had to have technicians work with Ford to ensure the tech got paid for their warranty time. Took 3 days to work on issue that could have taken 15 minutes to confirm issue. Customers time is worth something. Service person was nice enough. I was also told a few times when I called at 1 pm that it was "too early in the day" for a diagnosis. More
Service was quick and the tech replaced things I didn't know were part of my warranty such as wiper blades and air filter. Had an appointment was a little early and they took me right in. After inspection they went over my options which was great. Receptionist was Extremely rude and made sure to repeat herself several times very slowly like I was an idiot. Her name might have been Andrea. Ben made NO, absolutely ZERO, effort into keeping my business. Never will I go to corwin for purchasing or repairing my vehicle or my husbands. We will go to lithia for next purchase. I told the receptionist that as well as Ben. I might has well have told them the ground is hot. She couldn’t care any less about what I was explaining and why I’m taking my business, our 3 vehicle, our business and our work vans business elsewhere. thank you corwin for a big fat waste of my time, my gas, and driving my car with the engine light on.
