Brought my 2025 transit van in Fort second service they told me it needed an oil additive and fuel injector service at 10,000 miles declined the services, but when got home saw smoke coming from my engine told me it needed an oil additive and fuel injector service at 10,000 miles declined the services, but when got home saw smoke coming from my engine and they spilled oil on the manifold and not that it was anyone’s fault. There was a mouse nest on top of the manifold where the injectors are. Further inspection found all four valve stems missing from when they aired up my tires if they cannot perform the easy things or notice anything extra why would I want to come back? More
