So far has been prompt service. I did have concerns about the transmission/ drive train before last oil change. Bought a brand new 2024 F350, after 2 weeks of bringing it home, it’ was completely dead! They changed 3 modules, A/C wasn’t working properly, cruise control doesn’t work, but as of now it’s still in a dif it home, it’ was completely dead! They changed 3 modules, A/C wasn’t working properly, cruise control doesn’t work, but as of now it’s still in a different dealership! They said I can’t drive it because there’s no brake! The payoff for my trade-in didn’t get paid right away, so I had to pay extra so my credit doesn’t get affected. But so far I haven’t gotten any of my $1500 yet…. They are friendly at first but once you have problems they don’t care! More
