Great experience, loved the pictures of problem areas with explanations. I really liked being able to pull in out of the cold to drop off. Nice clean office area and very nice knowledgeable help. Mechanic shorted my engine at least 3/4 quart of oil. Went back about 30 minutes after picking the truck up. A different mechanic checked engine oil, found it not full, and added the missing oil.
