Keith and Jeff in Service do a great job keeping my work trucks on the road. All that I came in for was service but your reiview page won't show service people and only presents options for something th trucks on the road. Brought in a sick running Ford 500 and after informing me what was wrong, I had the repairs done and it ran like a new car. I specifically made an appointment to get a valve gasket replaced because of my last maintenance inspection from Corwin Ford along with oil change, coolant change, and tire pressure gauge replaced. Upon ar replaced because of my last maintenance inspection from Corwin Ford along with oil change, coolant change, and tire pressure gauge replaced. Upon arrival, I was told they would have to order the gasket, and this would have to be a different appointment. Since I told the service desk this was what needed to be replaced, I would have thought they would have had it on hand or at least ordered it for the schedule appointment. Another day taken off from work to take my vehicle in for something that should have been taken care of on the scheduled appointment. Very different work ethic than when Gus Johnson was running this location. Lucky for me, Keith and Madeline were extremely helpful. More
