We had a scheduled appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Pulled in and no one greeted us for about 20 minutes while we sat in our truck. I dropped my wife's off early for servicingand it presented no problem. I checked the progress a couple times and was able to drop by as I was driving by and saw that my wife's car was finished.
