Hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. The service writers seem lost. No one ever answers the phone in service just goes to voice-mail and no one ever calls back. Dylan was fantastic and knowledgeable about the dealership and the vehicle we were buying. As a whole, the experience was very good. My only complaint is that it took much longer than I had hoped i dealership and the vehicle we were buying. As a whole, the experience was very good.
