Good people and believe them to be honest. Asked to take the truck to a toyota dealer for a third party mechanic to check it out. They did what I requested without any resistance. I’m not sure many dealers would do so that freely. The only thing I question is added fees for some sort of security device thats added to each vehicle they sell. Not sure how valid this is or if it’s just about added profit. Many dealers add extra fees as they profit from these. So this is almost standard practice in the industry. Not sure how ethical this practice is. But is not unusual. The sales person has been really helpful and understanding with me not able to get the money quickly. I’m very happy overall with the experience. More
