One stop shopping I found the truck on line so did not have to travel all over looking.made an appointment and was met by the salesman that I had talked to on emails. Stingy We recently purchased a 2013 Explorer and paid full asking price. The next day I realized that the radio antenna was not functioning so I took it back We recently purchased a 2013 Explorer and paid full asking price. The next day I realized that the radio antenna was not functioning so I took it back and told our salesman about it. He was able to get us a service appointment (3-weeks later) where it was confirmed that a $600 module was bad. The service writer said he personally took the issue to the General Sales Manager, who refused to absorb the cost of the repair. I worked in the auto sales industry myself several years ago and know for a fact that this is just petty greed at the cost of customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to to anyone. More
