Door sensor issue I am pleased with my service manager. He was very nice. I am not please with my bill. I feel that I was drastically over charged. I understand that it’s my responsibility to read every line but the $35 service fee is not acceptable. I feel you charged me more than enough for the labor. My $350 door lock turned into $471 out the door. Had I known the outrageous rate quoted did not include this service charge or tax I would have done the repair myself. The only reason cody got a 4 star was due to the pricing. I understand that’s his job to make the company money. The work done was finished quickly and I appreciate that. . I’m just not happy with the cost. More

They were able to reflash the tcm and run through the relearn process as well as complete the recall in a small amount of time and at the qouted price. The Focus is now working well. More

I was misled on a topic that would of made me walk away. What does mislead on the navigation system of my car which wasn't figured out until a week later after I saw my local dealership who said I didn't hav What does mislead on the navigation system of my car which wasn't figured out until a week later after I saw my local dealership who said I didn't have that option. Corwin Ford then ran my VIN number and found out that yeah they were right it does not have navigation option which I knew but I was told that the car had the ability to sync my phone navigation into the system. They finally said it did not after running my VIN number which should have been done while I was at the dealership which would have been turned had me walk away from purchasing the vehicle. More

Great Quick Lane Service I appreciated them fitting me in (next day) for an oil change and brake check. The brakes had to do with a manufacturer warranty issue, so they helped I appreciated them fitting me in (next day) for an oil change and brake check. Turns out I also needed a new battery and they even helped me apply for the battery rebate before I left. Great customer service! More
