Great car buying experience I had the best car buying experience possible at Corwin thanks to James Hooper. After speaking with multiple salespeople at different lots, his no pre I had the best car buying experience possible at Corwin thanks to James Hooper. After speaking with multiple salespeople at different lots, his no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what vehicles would not be a good buy and didn't try to put me in a vehicle out of my price range. We went in on a Sunday which was an extremely busy day and he spent three hours with us test driving multiple cars that met our needs without once trying to pressure us into buying that day. We ended up going back the next weekend to look at a different vehicle, and asked for him by name so we could continue the great experience we had before. I highly recommend seeing James if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle in the Tri-Cities. More

Just stopped in for a promised ignition key I bought my used 2016 F-350 in December and only received one key. They promised me another when I could come in and get it. I was a bit annoyed when I went to the service writers desk through one door and was then sent off across the service lot to the 'quick lube' side to explain my need again. The guy on the quick lube side seemed unwilling to act/confused, but at that moment, a gal walked in who knew the situation and jumped right on it. I truly appreciate her taking charge and getting things done. I had thought about checking on an oil change, but decided I was pushing my luck and left. More
