Several disappointments occured on this visit I had just received an email from Corwin on April 27th stating I had a $16.36 service credit. When I wanted to apply the credit to my balance on May I had just received an email from Corwin on April 27th stating I had a $16.36 service credit. When I wanted to apply the credit to my balance on May 4th, there was only $6.36 available. Apparently some points go away at the end of the month. So why mail out the balance near the end of the month? Disappointing The service rep suggested that I get a rear wiper blade and I agreed. At the end of the service I had to wait as the technician installed FRONT wiper blades. So they had to remove the fronts and install the rear blades. Causing a delay. Disappointing When I arrived at home, and checked the wiper installation, when lifting the blade, it fell off as it had not been snapped in completely. Disappointing More

Friendly and quick! We found out F150 online and decided to make the 4+ hour drive across the state to get it since there was nothing comparable nearby for the price.
