poor service We had our car serviced for a noise on fan and had to wait on car part. They said we needed an oil change so we said go ahead but I'm not sure what the milage was since the car was there and I could not see the sticker. They were suppose to rotate the tires. When I got it home one tire had a crack in whitewall. It should have been seen since they noted we would need new tires soon. We took the car to Les Schaub to look at and possibly fix. They called and said that this tire could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. Then they called back and said we had 3 different brand tires on the car and all 4 had to be the same on the SUV. The car was brand new when we drove it off the lot and has only been serviced there. We had to replace all 4 tires at a cost to us of $1300. More
Quick and professional! My service manager was great, he showed me other products and took the time to explain and compare. I’m no certain of my Service Managers name but all My service manager was great, he showed me other products and took the time to explain and compare. I’m no certain of my Service Managers name but all who worked me were great. The only complaint I have is the “ car wash” and I use that term very loosely. I swear it came out dirtier than when it went in. Extremely disappointed. More
