He was very helpful while my husband and I decided if we wanted to purchase or wait. When I went back to purchase the car I told Josh I had some time constraints and needed to get done as soon as possible. I told them what I was willing to pay and when I got to the dealership my offer had already been submitted and approved, Josh got me right down to signing papers and I was in and out in less than an hour.
