The part that is tough to swallow is that I had to replace a transmission on a 2013 Ford vehicle with 80,000 miles. Not the service department's fault, they communicated well and did good work on the vehicle, but it is the lates in a series of major issues with that car that Ford won't stand behind. Might break the tradition of only buying Fords and switch to another company. More

Trying to sell Me Tires It is the second time this happened. I took my Ford focus for an oil change about two months ago. The service adviser tried to convince me that the t It is the second time this happened. I took my Ford focus for an oil change about two months ago. The service adviser tried to convince me that the tread on all four tires were worn down to the extent where it needs replacement. They are not even close. I took my Ford F 150 a week ago for an oil change. They told me that the tread are OK but the tires needs to be replaced because they are ten years old. First of all the truck is a 2009 model and not even ten years old. Secondly, it got 126 000 miles on the clock. Therefore I highly doubt that it is the original set of tires. Please stop treating customers as if they are stupid and try to sell them stuff they do not need. It will only cause me loosing trust and take my business ells ware. More

Very personal experience Austin was great! He was really friendly and didn’t seem pushy. Some car sales people seem so pushy and kind of like the only care about the sale, but Austin was great! Easiest Vehicle purchase in my 51 years I was internet shopping for a used car for my daughter and came across one at Corwin Ford Tri-Cities. Set-up an appointment for later that day via internet chat. Met up with Curt who brought the car up from the "back lot". Went for a test drive, asked Curt a few questions about it and made the decision to buy right then and there. Curt was very easy going, nice to talk with and absolutely NO PRESSURE.... no haggling and going though the usual purchasing "grind" experience I've had at other dealers. The last few vehicles I've purchased have been private party sales because I hate the usual inflated price and dealer experience. This used car was priced fairly with no haggling needed. I would highly recommend Curt Watson at Corwin Ford, Pasco, Wa. More
