Our experence with Corwin Ford was unpresedented. We are in our 80's and have bought many cars, trucks, Suburban's and now SUV'S through out our lives. We can not remember when we have ever been treat We are in our 80's and have bought many cars, trucks, Suburban's and now SUV'S through out our lives. We can not remember when we have ever been treated with the outstanding courtesy we experienced at "Corwin Ford". From the moment we walked through the door we were met with outstanding personnel. Our internet sales contact was Cameron Firth. Cameron showed us the 2014 Explorer that we went to Tri-Cities to look at.. We were not comfortable with the mileage on that vehicle, so Cameron took us to look at other Explorers that were available. We decided on a 2016 Ford Explorer Ltd. that fit our needs perfectly. The only thing lacking was a tow Pkg. which was needed. He introduced me to Rod in accessories sales and we were to have it installed when parts came in. We arrived for appointment and Rod supplied us with a loaner to pick up items at Costco. After arriving back at Dealership, the parts ordered were not proper fit. Rod advised they would arrive next day and we could take the loaner back to Walla Walla and they would bring our Ford to us in Walla 2. Never have I received this kind of service.
