Having previously bought a car from another local dealership, I was dreading walking into another dealership with intention of exploring options and purchasing. Efren was quick to assess what I needed in a vehicle, what I wanted in a vehicle, and where I would get the best car for the best price. We test drove several, Efren was patient and very knowledgeable about safety, features, and pricing for each vehicle we looked at. I chose a new Ford Explorer after browsing the Certified Used vehicles, running numbers, and Efren's help thinking of the features that would best suit my future and my lifestyle. Financing through Ford was also a breeze, all employees were extremely friendly and took extra time to explain things in ways I could understand so I always felt like an active member in the process. The dealership itself was clean and featured a coffee shop that served Starbucks! Parking was easy upon arrival, and I was greeted with a smile! Both Steve & Robert, with the assistance of Mario, literally bent over backwards to get the vehicle back, so that we could take delivery. Throughout the process, Steve was continually keeping us updated on the progress of getting the vehicle back &, getting all the necessary paperwork done, with the assistance of Mario. While waiting for paperwork finalization, Steve took me on a mini tour of the dealership, showing me areas I had not seen since before the dealership remodel. More
