2015 Ford edge I came in on 5/28 to look into getting a new car. Our dealer was Austin Harvey and he was amazing! He was never pushy and never acted like he was just there to make a sale. He was very personable and helpful. I have nothing but good words to say about him. My only issue with going to Corwin Ford was I was there for 6 hours. Which was partly our fault due to the fact that I was not sure if I wanted to trade in my at or not, so I had them keep looking up different options for me. The car that we bought was a 2015 but on the lot, the sticker said it was a 2016 so nobody seemed to know what year it was. We also noticed that the back part of the sunroof window was cracked really bad. We were oringinally told that it would get replaced for free. However, right before we signed for the car, the sales manager i believe (Justin) said that he now wants us to pay for the window due to the fact that he did not know about it. So in order for us to leave with the car that day, we had to add $500 to our car loan to pay for part of the car window. Overall I am very happy with our sales person Austin. But I was disappointed in how the sales manager Justin handled the situation with our sunroof window. More
