I appreciated how quickly I was able to get my car in. I know it was a “squeeze you in” type deal because I was told service was booked out a couple months. I’m upset that we ended up paying out of pocket I know it was a “squeeze you in” type deal because I was told service was booked out a couple months. I’m upset that we ended up paying out of pocket for service when things a brand new car with less than 20k miles and it has now needed service twice. Someone moved my seat around and didn’t put it back. The inside of my car smelled terrible when returned to me. And it looks like someone spit on my drivers door by the handle and you can see it dripped halfway down the door. Absolutely disgusting. The last time I brought my car in a service worker put a scratch on the inside of my drivers door that can not be corrected and I had only had my car for less than 6 months at that time. So I wish the service crews would be more considerate with cars when working on them. More
