Corwin Ford Tri-Cities management's actions and responses to resonable customer concerns reflect they are not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. My Salesperson Dylan F. was a pleasure to work with. Management is a different story. They were unwilling to cover the expenses($35) of an expired trip permit they gave me for 22 days, when it took them around 20 days to get paperwork to a city in Oregon via fedex that is only 4 hours away from Pasco. I wanted to resolve this in person, but they do not believe they did anything wrong, they are trying to blame DMV, when in my opinion, Corwin Ford Tricities holds the majority of accountability. Corwin Ford DOES NOT have their customer's best interest at heart. Contrary to the statement on their website, they DO NOT believe customers come first. Nor did their team of experts(management, in this case) ensure I had a great car-buying experience. More
