Had engine problems due to manufacturer's problem. Ford warranty covered it. Car sat in the shop for 13 days and Darby with service would not return my calls or text. No rental car. Journey my service advisor was not only very professional.But she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me and the issues my vehicle was having. She also was knowledgeable professional.But she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me and the issues my vehicle was having. She also was knowledgeable in different options I could take on how to proceed with my vehicle. I will gladly take my vehicle back to her if I have any questions or problems in the future. I had new radiator hoses installed a month ago by Corwin and the top hose blew off. I reinstalled and Corwin checked my work and stopped off the coolant. Could have left me stranded but I was in town and I and the top hose blew off. I reinstalled and Corwin checked my work and stopped off the coolant.
