terrible So I went there over a year ago for "recalls" on my '12 ford fusion, mind you I had the car over well over a year at this point and NEVER had any issu So I went there over a year ago for "recalls" on my '12 ford fusion, mind you I had the car over well over a year at this point and NEVER had any issues with it! the "recall" was for something with the air bags, ok? and I made the appointment and everything seemed fine and professional... the appointment date came, took my car and he gave me a time on when it'd be ready, so I left and came back when they called to let me know it was ready for me to come pick up, great! I drove it home and did not drive it for the rest of the day, the next morning I was going to go to work and got in and stated the car, half way there the check engine light comes on????? hmm weird never has happened before, I just had this car at Corwin ford yesterday morning??? if something was wrong wouldn't they catch it???? apparently not... because it was their fault why it was on in the first place!!! so I called and talked to Mr.Michael Cunningham, and he told me it was going to be over a month for a "open" appointment spot, even tho I told him I took the car in yesterday for my original appointment, oh and he said that they charge over $116 for a diagnosis.... are you kidding me.. so I said um no I will not pay you for your company's mistake. so I drove my car down to a local perfection tire and they looked at it for free!!!! and the men/woman at corwin ford left a valve from my engine popped off and it was causing a fume leak that set off the engine light, so it was their mistake and they were going to try and get me to pay. eventually I wanted a new car about 6+ months later, I bought myself a "18 ford focus a car I really wanted (did not buy from corwin) I had some air fresheners in this new car of mine that popped and leaked on my dash... it took the paint off.... so I made another appointment with CORWIN FORD and it was 3+ weeks out until I could get in for this new dash... ok not to bad fine whatever (did not go to dealership I got car from because of distance and my work schedule is not allowing me to take it there and wait and so forth) so I suck it up and go to corwin, everything seems fine when the appointment day comes.. take my car in at 8am, pick it up that afternoon... go home and find out they took the plastic off around my E-break and didn't even bother to put it back on....? I called and left a message to Mr.Cunningham and I got no call back emailed him no response... also mind you when I picked my car up I saw a nice new 2019 f250 truck getting worked on in the same area my car was and when the mechanic finished I saw him shut the hood to this truck and leave his little nasty oil filled wash rag under the hood!!! this is so unprofessional and I will never be returning to this dealership!!! No one knew who to contact First time I went to the service department to inquire about an auto start for my 14 F150. The "service" dept said they, their dept did not do that and was unsure of who dealt with that. After 3 or 4 phone calls they sent me to the parts dept. They had no idea what to even look up. I left with NO information after approx. 45 min. At that point I took it to a local repair shop, the owner of the repair shop then called a contact of his at the dealership. He set me up with an appointment for a install of the auto start at the dealership. I took my P/U in on the appropriate day to the service counter as directed. They said that they don't deal with that and sent me to the show room. At the show room two ladies had no idea who, what, where, I must say they did take care of me and I appreciate that they were the only ones that acted like they cared. I gave them the key and left. I received a call in the afternoon to pick it up, I went to the showroom at the counter again since that's where I dropped it off. Different lady there and she had no idea what I was even talking about. after several phone calls she tracked down someone who knew something, that person was gone. After approximately a 30 min wait someone came into the showroom got my keys and handed them to me. I asked him to show me how it works, he did show me that. I then asked him how they hooked it up, was it under the dash? Under the hood? I wanted to see it so I could understand what was done to my P/U. his response was, "I have no idea how they do it". Bottom line is, it was not a pleasant experience at all and I still do not know anything other then what button to push, and it does work so that is a good thing. At this time I would not recommend your dealership to friends or family. More
