Exceptional Service Transmission repair was recently completed on my car. Expedition Had the engine light coming on. It took me three weeks to get in. They thought they had it fixed the first time had to bring it back the next day and Had the engine light coming on. A Thousand dollars and still have a broken truck Brought truck in, diagnosed and quoted 600+ to fix. Paid it, then was told it would be another 450 to complete repair. Either not capable of properly diagnosing and fixing, or was scammed. Have always had my vehicles serviced at dealerships, knowing it usually costs more but the service and repair are usually top notch. This was my first time at corwin ford and I was throughly disappointed. More
Very organized I was apprehensive about this dealership since I had a horrible time trying to get someone to return my call. Lies and no communication Lied about warranty, then didn’t know warranty. Said nothing was covered then admitted it was. It was a mess and everyone should question it. First time I took my back within a few days of buying it because they did the alignment wrong. They fixed it but my car made a pop noise every time i turned or hit a bump. Tech at ford said they had to tighten things that weren’t tightened during alignment. Paid all this money more a useless warranty and horrible service. We wanted a new ford truck but won’t due business with Corwin again. More

I’ve seen the same people over many service stops. A low turn over of staff shows they like their jobs, and that always transfers through in customer service attitude. Customers want to see that. I manage 2 retail stores with 10 employees, so I think my perspective has value. I’ll continue to go there for my routine care. Only suggestion When I came in I wasn’t greeted quickly. I had to wave to someone through the back room door window. They may not have heard me come in and were quick to respond. So not a major service foul. If you don’t already, have a bell/buzzer door alarm installed that can be heard in the back room. More
