Junior at the service department at Corwin looked at the problem and had the mechanics diagnose it. They explained to me in detail and showed me the problem. Everyone was so professional and transparent. They were really there to help. They fixed my car and I felt the price was more than reasonable. Shortly thereafter another problem arose in the vehicle unrelated to the first. Junior was exceptional in getting that one fixed too, and he understood my dilemma with the cost of fixing the car the first go around, so he really worked with me on the cost of fixing the new problem. I really feel that I am taken care of at the service department at Corwin. Thanks Junior for your help! More

As a customer, I was not given prompt attention or warm greeting when I arrived as the service coordinator was engaged with others personal behind the counter for a long conversation while I waited for them to finish. More professional and inviting would be the practice of greeting the customer immediately and either engage with them at that moment or ask if they can wait for just a moment while they finish some administrative detail. Otherwise the experience was positive. This review, though in a way is critical, is not given in a mean spirit, You asked me for a survey of my experience. These are my thoughts.
