Dylan Phillips is a snake and will add on a warranty without your permission and blame it on interest rates. We are now fighting with them to refund the warranty that we were not made aware of and to get the credit union to redo our loan. We were told our monthly rate would be about $120 less than what it was and we asked about it Dylan said it was due to the interest rate and did not mention the over $9k in warranties that he added without our permission. It was not until I received loan paperwork in the mail from our credit union that I realized the loan amount was wrong. Prior to meeting with the finance department our experience was five stars. Connor was our sales guy and was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. We had come in for two cars listed on their website that had unfortunately sold by the time we got there. He found us a car I liked even better and gave us a great deal. He has also been in touch to make sure everything with our car is going well. I would also add, that I have reached out to their sales manager requesting a call to let him know of our experience and have not heard back. More
