Went with my wife and young kids to get an estimate on my trade in and talk financing on a new vehicle. After being there for just under 5 hours (no idea what made it take so long), came to the conclusion fi trade in and talk financing on a new vehicle. After being there for just under 5 hours (no idea what made it take so long), came to the conclusion financing was not an option because we couldn't meet the monthly payments. Leasing was the closest option to meet our requested monthly payments but i respectfully declined and asked for the keys to my trade in back. The financing officer came back with another deal and I again mentioned it was not in our best interests and wanted to walk away, asking for my keys again. I asked for my keys over 5 times and was never returned my vehicle, the financing officer kept coming back with another deal pressuring me to take it. With how long we have waited and the stresses of having irritated young kids there I accepted the deal. When the dealer came back with the paperwork, i AGAIN told them I didnt want to take the deal and refused to sign the contract and asked for my keys to my trade in. The financing officer returned with another another deal pressuring me to take it and refusing to return my trade in. I understand a dealership wanting to close the deal, I politely refused the deal multiple times, asked for my keys back multiple times, my wife and kids were tired and upset from the whole ordeal so I caved, just wanting to get out of there was pressured into signing the contract and leave. I have made attempts multiple times to contact Mr. Hensley, the GM who reached out in an email regarding my experience, with no reply. I spoke with Mr. Walker, the sales supervisor who was extremely understanding and assisted in my questions and issues but ultimately told me the deal was done and there was no way I could get my trade in back and return the vehicle leased. Overall the entire experience was the worse I've had in a dealership and felt like I was pressured into taking the deal despite multiple requests for my keys and to walk away. Don't recommend unless you are absolutely sure you want a new vehicle or you and your familys time will be disrespected and disregarded. More

Very bad service, I got my vehicle back and I discovered the warning light came on. because the technician did not reconnected the two valves back and that cost me to take to another place to reconnect and the warning light came on. because the technician did not reconnected the two valves back and that cost me to take to another place to reconnect and I paid $99.00. I was very disappointed when I spoke with the manager, he replied to me everyone makes mistakes. I told him I paid a lot of money for the service so I deserve good service. I also told the manager, the technician should double check his work before give the car to the customer. More

First visit took over 4 hrs. To tell us they didn’t have the part, second visit to install the part was told would take an hour 1/2 no later than 2 hrs. Took almost 3 hrs.
