I brought the car that my son in law purchased in to see if the AutoNation extended warranty would cover some problems with the car. I was told there was a $180 diagnostic fee that would be applied to any if the AutoNation extended warranty would cover some problems with the car. I was told there was a $180 diagnostic fee that would be applied to any repairs needed. They informed me that the car repairs wouldn't be covered (they quoted me over $10,000 for the repairs). I couldn't afford the all of the repairs so I selected about $200 in repairs so that the diagnostic fee wouldn't go to waste. They then informed me that the repairs that I selected didn't qualify for the diagnostic fee application after they finished the repairs and I would be charged for the diagnostic fee AND the repairs. They are crooks. More

He was very up-to-date with the different vehicles and knowledgeable. While we ended up going with a different vehicle at another dealership that fit our needs better, we can't emphasize enough how much we appreciate how much time he spent helping us make at-ease during a stressful week for us and giving us the time and space to look at all our options.
