Worst customer service that I ever received with a Honda dealership. I have appointment and I still have to wait to be check in around 15 min. Droppped off at 0800 - didn't hear from rep until after noon. Tech could not replicate problem, but did not inspect the cable for the sliding door. Thankfully I was not charged for the inspection, but I noon. Tech could not replicate problem, but did not inspect the cable for the sliding door. Thankfully I was not charged for the inspection, but I still wasted hours of my time. When I got it home I inspected the cable and found that the sheathing is ripped off and bunched up - I'll likely try to fix it myself instead of bringing it back in and paying a ton of cash. More

Service department is very very slow. Been here over 2 hours & they still haven’t checked to see what the problem is with the windshield fluid reservoir.
