Shawna is a great person. She takes the time to know you. She takes the time to make sure your vehicle gets great service and is road ready and extremely safe. She was my service rep at Corwin Toyota and she will be greatly missed. I never worried when I left, because I knew my vehicle was taken care of by the best. I am so proud or her promotion. She worked extremely hard and she deserved this promotion. I would follow her to Honda, however I am not sure if I can take a Toyota to Honda for service. Heck I would drive to Alaska if I had to. No matter how crazy or chaotic it was in the service area she never showed stress. She always had that smile of hers on at all times. I have my Toyota service today and honestly not looking forward to it. I know it will be ok but not great. It will not be great because she will not be there to greet me with that smile. The smile of confidence that everything will be great. She was not only a great service rep, she was the heart of Toyota and will be greatly missed. More

The last few times I’ve been in for service, the truck has been washed, but not this time. I wasn’t shopping and didn’t expect to be solicited by the sales department. I had time - I am retired - and I could play along and do the research to learn what my car is worth and what a new car costs. But at the end of the day, my car is in great shape and I take good care of it and have a lot of pride in it. If you really want it, you will need to overpay for it and get me into a new car for a really amazing price. A big part of that is about the interest rate now. Mine is below market rate and I am pretty much using free money. Why would I want to change that? More
