I brought my 2021 CR-V and my 2000 Acura Integra for service in the same week. Last year the lead mechanic went home to get a tool from his personal collection to repair something on my Integra. This year I mentioned the emergency brake light coming on at random times and agreed to a $180 diagnostic. The same mechanic said it was the brake fluid cap not being tight enough to cause that. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Dylan, the service adviser, was amazing with both vehicles and was so friendly. I’m grateful this service department has excellent customer service and integrity. More
