What I liked was my service rep Victor and the waiting area. Very clean, professional and Victor was great to work with. What I didn't like was that I spent $2,800 dollars for the first visit and had to come back for valve adjustments and pay another $300. Valve adjustments should be part of a normal cam installment given it's quite normal from my research. The lack of accurate valve adjustments set off a Christmas tree of warning lights and actually made me worry quite a bit. Still haven't put on that many miles, but I worry about the overall quality of the work given valve adjustments are pretty easy for someone who knows what they are doing and my expectation is that Honda mechanics get great training. I have a warranty and will change the oil a few extra times given new parts can create some extra junk. I'm not a mechanic, but I felt a little taken advantage of and worry about the quality of work given I would like to put another 100,000 miles on. More

Corwin Honda facilitated my “in-and-out” purchase of my parents’ trade-in vehicle. Therefore, I did not have to deal with the sales department except to process paperwork. The individuals I dealt with seemed competent but my parents and I spent about 3 hours at the dealership, sitting around and waiting for much of the time with no explanation of why the process was taking so long. As far as I know, I do legally own the car that I purchased but the slow process and poor communication did not make me feel confident about the experience. Additionally, some employees near us were listening to music on a Bluetooth speaker. The music was loud enough that I had difficulty hearing the salesperson at times. I found the atmosphere unprofessional and distracting. I would not recommend this dealership to others if they can get the car they want somewhere else. More

Had a pretty great overall experience in the sale and test driving portion. It checked all of our boxes and then some. If I had one drawback from returning it would be the aggressiveness of the finance option. It really seems those guys are very pressured from above to try at all cost to get me to use the finance at the dealership. I walked in there without needing any finance, made it clear to everyone I had no need for it, and still was asked dozens more times to give the finance a look. I almost decided not to buy because of the pressure I felt. Luckily the ideal service from Malcolm, Curtis, and Kevin was good enough to overlook the pressure and finish the deal. More
