This review is for my fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership and Jason has diligently worked with me throughout the buying and delivery process for all of my vehicles. Given that I bought my fourth vehicle from Jason should say itself about him as a person. Jason always tries to understand his customers needs, puts his customers first, provides excellent advise and guides you through the entire process giving you an excellent customer service. More

my salesman was a liar Robert was texting me and finally said the car I wanted was ready for pick up drove 120 miles got there he wasn't even there!! Nobody knew what was go Robert was texting me and finally said the car I wanted was ready for pick up drove 120 miles got there he wasn't even there!! Nobody knew what was going on, They were going to start my paperwork so wanted to test drive while I waited got in the car and it was filthy! It wasn't detailed at all went back in and asked what was up. They said it would be taken care of and would be at least another hour to clean it up. They also were supposed to put a transmission modular in it so we asked if that was even done. They would check for me. We went and did some shopping and I got a phone call from a sales manager Eric he said he was sorry but when they worked on the car they found out the tranny was shot and the car wasn't for sale! I took time off work and drove up there because Robert Filip said I was good to go and he would see me when I picked the car up to find out Robert went out of town and I had no car to buy!! Eric was very sorry and showed me another vehicle that he thought we might like. It was older but in good shape and Eric was very nice about the whole deal. We went home empty handed but Eric did fill our gas tank up for the inconvenience and we are thinking about buying the car Eric showed us, I would not ever deal with Robert Filip again I think as a salesman he talked out of both sides of his mouth and would never trust him again!! The rest of the staff was very nice and very sorry about the whole deal. Robert wasn't he was in Colorado. More
