Bad experience Tried to oversell to my 18 year old by putting him in a brand new vehicle, kept pushing him into a lease and and stretching out a term to 72 months. Good products, buying process long and cumbersome. Levi was well informed on the vehicle in which we were interested and was attentive to our needs. He was all we would expect of a sales representative Levi was well informed on the vehicle in which we were interested and was attentive to our needs. He was all we would expect of a sales representative. The process however, was cumbersome and excruciatingly long. Five and a half hours over two days seems unreasonable, but the frustrating part about it was the multiple efforts by Corwin, not Levi,to add things into the deal after it had been made. Would we like any aftermarket products, would we be interested in Corwin's insurance program and would we like to purchase a bevy of extended warranty products? This the 20th automobile we have purchased in our lives and it was probably the most drawn out. It seemed counter intuitive to me that the dealership would go through the process of establishing a trade in value and purchase price to the customers satisfaction and then obfuscate the process by bringing in new sets of numbers for items that should have been presented and agreed to (or not) before the final price. We found that to be annoying and manipulative. More
